LESSON ... AN EARLY MORNING JOKES

It's really fun to read it ...

Dear all,
Pelajaran bahasa Inggris hari ini adalah JOKES!
Have a hearty laugh and feel free to distribute it to anywhere you like.

Haste Is Waste
A junior manager, a
senior manager and their boss are on their way to a meeting.
On their way through a park, they come across a wonder lamp. They rub the lamp and a ghost appears.
The ghost says, "Normally, one is granted three wishes but as you are three, I will allow one wish each."
So the eager senior manager shouted, I want the first wish. I want to be in the Bahamas,
on a fast boat and have no worries. "Pfufffff, and he was gone.
Now the junior manager could not keep quiet and shouted, "I want to be in
Florida with beautiful girls, plenty of food and cocktails.
"Pfufffff, and he was also gone.
The boss calmly said,"I want these two idiots back in the office after lunch at 12.35 pm."

Moral of the story is:
Lesson I - Always allow the bosses to speak first.

************ ********* ********* ********* ********* *********

Boss Knows Everything??
Standing in front of a shredder with a piece of paper in his hand. "Listen,"
said the CEO, "this is a very sensitive and important document, and my secretary has left. Can you make this thing work?"
"Certainly," said the young executive.
He turned the machine on, inserted the paper, and pressed the start button.
"Excellent, excellent!" said the CEO as his paper disappeared inside the
 shredder machine.
"I just need one copy."

Lesson II - Never, never assume that your BOSS knows everything.

************ ********* ********* ********* ********* *********

'Ese' & 'Key'
An American and a Japanese were sitting on the plane on the way to LA when the American turned to the Japanese and asked, "What kind of -ese are you?"
The Japanese confused, replied, "Sorry but I don't understand what you mean."
The American repeated, "What kind of -ese are you?"
Again, the Japanese was confused over the question. The American, now irritated, then yelled,
"What kind of -ese are you ....... Are you a Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese!, etc......??? "
The Japanese then replied, "Oh, I am a Japanese."
A while later the Japanese turned to the American and asked: What kind of 'key' was he.
The American, frustrated, yelled, "What do you mean what kind of '-key' am I?!"
The Japanese said, "Are you a Y--key, d--key, or m--key?"

Lesson III - Never insult anyone.

************ ********* ********* ********* ********* *********

Americans Love To Say .... Every Now And Then
There were these 4 guys, a Russian, a German, an American and a French, who found this small genie bottle. When they rubbed the bottle, a genie appeared.
Thankful that the 4 guys had released him out of the bottle.
He said, "Next to you all are 4
swimming pools, I will give each of you a wish.
When you run towards the pool and jump, you shout what you want the pool of
water to become, then your wish will come true."
The French wanted to start. He ran towards the pool, jumped and shouted "WINE."
The pool immediately changed into a pool of wine. The Frenchman was so happy
swimming and drinking from the pool.
Next is the Russian's turn, he did the same and shouted, "VODKA" and immersed
himself into a pool of vodka.
The German was next and he jumped and shouted, "BEER." He was so contented with
 his beer pool.
The last is the American. He was running towards the pool when suddenly he steps
on a banana peel. He slipped towards the pool and shouted, S--T!!!!!!!.
........"

Lesson IV - Think twice before you say something, because sometimes accidents do happen.

4th Day of RAMADHAN 1430H

3rd Day of RAMADHAN 1430H

Narrated Abu Hurairah [radhi-yAllâhu 'anhu]:
The Prophet [sal-Allâhu 'alayhi wa sallam] said,
"Whoever believes in Allâh and His Messenger, performs Salât (prayers) and observes sawm (fasts) during the month of Ramadan, then it will be a promise binding upon Allâh to admit him to Paradise, no matter whether he fights in Allâh's Cause or remains in the land where he is born."

2nd Day of RAMADHAN 1430H

JENIS VENUE & TARGET AUDIENCE – sama dengan jargon “Customer is the King”, maka audience pun harus selalu memperoleh perlakuan istimewa.

ZERO COMPLAINT & PROFITABLE.

PAIN and SORROW

ONLY BY JOY AND SORROW DOES A PERSON KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THEMSELVES AND THEIR DESTINY. THEY LEARN WHAT TO DO AND WHAT TO AVOID.
PAIN AND FEAR AND HUNGER ARE EFFECTS OF CAUSES WHICH CAN BE FORESEEN AND KNOWN, BUT SORROW IS A DEBT WHICH SOMEONE ELSE MAKES FOR US. PARTING IS SUCH SWEET SORROW.

IS IT A MISTAKE?

Am I wrong if one day I fall in love with someone who never knows me? Someone from different society and community. Someone who is “somebody”. Is it a mistake?

MERDEKA ... !

64 tahun ... bayangkan, bukan main.

Semoga. Insya Allah semua cita-cita pendahulu kita menjadi kenyataan suatu hari.

LEGENDARY ALBUM

It's incredible. I've forgot how Saturday night is (once) special to me. For years, I forgot how does it feel to spend Saturday nights. But tonight, MetroTV, show an interesting programme, namely LEGENDARY ALBUM. It started a week ago, but I just saw it tonight.

What makes me carried away with a touched feeling? All the songs ... from Glory of Love, I Just Call To Say I Love You, Footloose, Take A Look At Me Now ... and others ... it brings back all the memories years ago.

Thanks to Helmy Yahya and MetroTV. Thank you for having this kind of programme. It recalls the old sweet days. Now I start to remember again how Saturday nights means to me (in the past).

WELCOMING RAMADHAN

Ramadhan is a very important part of every Muslim’s life. Ramadhan is the month of giving and mercy, and during this month Allah blesses the believers with forgiveness and great reward.

This is a time to stop and contemplate, to look inwards and out, it is a time to set our goals. We should ask ourselves what we want to achieve this month, - something we will carry into our futures...

Verses of Qur'an

2:183
O ye who believe! Fasting is prescribed to you as it was prescribed to those before you, that ye may (learn) self-restraint

2:184 (Fasting) for a fixed number of days; but if any of you is ill, or on a journey, the prescribed number (should be made up) from days later. For those who can do it (with hardship), is a ransom, the feeding of one that is indigent. But he that will give more, of his own free will, it is better for him. And it is better for you that ye fast, if ye only knew.

YA ALLAH ...

betapa cepat berlalu sang waktu.

I NEED A BREAK ...

Sorry for not writing for the last few weeks. I was so tired, bored and being in a state of exhaustion. I feel that I need a really good break for a moment. But unfortunately, I cannot do it right now. I still have some works to finish, and next to that, I still have to follow my lecturing schedule.

On the other side, I was so happy this week. I spend ten good days with my both son. Especially not in Jakarta, but somewhere else, where people always say that this place is the ultimate paradise island.

We talked, chat, play, going out, having dinner together etc. Alhamdulillah, it is God's will and God's gift.
